Cappadocia Blue Tour
Overview
The Blue Tour is for travellers who have already seen the classics and want the Cappadocia the crowds miss. It winds south to the hidden Soğanlı valley, where dozens of Byzantine cave churches sleep in a quiet green ravine, and to Mustafapaşa, a graceful old Greek village of carved stone mansions.
With a visit to the peaceful Keslik Monastery and time to wander lanes largely untouched by tourism, it is a calm, cultured day that rewards curious, repeat visitors.
