Overview
Begin among the temples of Luxor and follow the Nile to Aswan over four nights. Discover the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut’s Temple, Edfu, Kom Ombo and Philae, with guided visits, full-board cruise accommodation and a felucca sail. A longer river journey brings ancient sites and time on board into one memorable route.
The experience
From monumental Luxor to the river landscapes of Aswan.
Your opening days concentrate on Luxor’s East and West Banks before the journey continues through Edfu and Kom Ombo. In Aswan, Philae Temple and a felucca sail bring another perspective to the river. Four nights on board make the cruise itself part of the holiday rather than simply transport between monuments. The listed guided visits are included; an optional balloon ride or Abu Simbel excursion needs a separate arrangement that fits your schedule.

Published embarkation days: Thursday, Saturday or Monday. Confirm your departure date, vessel and operating sequence before booking.
Sightseeing basis
The guided visits listed in the itinerary are included. Abu Simbel and balloon flights are optional.
4-star cruise option
Nile Jewel, Ruby 2 or similar, on a full-board basis. Vessel allocation and sailing arrangements are confirmed in your quotation.
5-star cruise option
Jaz Al Qassida, Jaz Helio, Ciela Nile Cruise, Nile Shams Cruise or similar, on a full-board basis. Vessel allocation is subject to confirmation.
Arrival arrangements
The cruise begins at its embarkation city. A connection from Cairo can be discussed separately; domestic flights and any preceding Cairo hotel stay are not included.
